Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger Lahr SER3610/3L7SS0TO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bitrode products, including obsoleted and phased-out Block parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Berghof product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bitrode such as the 4AC10235101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HFD40012 manufactured by Block and we are pleased to be able to service most Block systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DC1005MTMP266001131 by Manufacturer Berghof as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aci Brand ACICOSINUS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bima such as QCAEV1 equipment made by Bima have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Artic207ampArtic20745 by Biviator and QCAEV1 spares by Bima are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 73196008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beta-Tech.
